Raisin Bread, Cinnamon Swirl

Sun-Maid has re-created an old fashioned delight. We bake our raisin bread with 75 kg of raisins in every 100 kg of flour. We could use fewer raisins, and substitute less expensive ingredients, but it just wouldn't be good enough for Sun-Maid. We use only good, wholesome ingredients like wheat flour, cinnamon, and of course Sun-Maid raisins. Delicious Sun-Maid raisins act as a natural preservative. So our loaf stays fresh naturally.
Try it toasted, for sandwiches, as French toast, or in bread pudding. Or, come up with your own new way to enjoy our bread.
