Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) florets broccoli
1-1/4 cups cooked shell pasta
1/2 cup (125 mL) Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped red onion
1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped red bell pepper
Dressing:
1/3 cup (75 mL) reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon (15 mL) cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) sugar
Salt and pepper
Directions: COMBINE all salad ingredients. COMBINE all dressing ingredients and BLEND well. POUR dressing over salad. ADD salt and pepper to taste. TOSS and serve.
